Atticus Finch sucks...

I suppose it's a fine choice for the #1 hero of all cinematic existence. Not that these AFI lists mean much, other than TV ratings.

But, let's bite. Indy got #2. Fantastic, better than #100, which wouldn't surprise me, given audiences...Geez, I'm amazed that Neo wasn't #1.

Atticus Finch, to those that don't know, stood up to be counted when others wouldn't, took daring, life threatening chances in a world racially divided. He's a real world hero that did the right thing...so I'm glad that Indiana Jones "lost" to a character like Atticus Finch, rather than that Dicraprio guy in Titanic or something...

BTW - I shall cease and desist from calling him Dicraprio, because he deserved "mad props," as the kids say these days for 'Catch Me If You Can,' and 'Gangs of New York.'

What are your thoughts on the voting, fellow Indyfans?
