Didn't the Last Crusade readalong include a still of Indy hanging onto a root, after going over the cliff on the tank? I never had that one, but seem to remember this 'deleted scene' being evidenced in it.

I do remember a bit of dialogue in the TOD one, though, where Indy remembers the fact that 'Hindus don't eat meat' during the banquet scene. (Of course, I don't think it was Harrison Ford doing the voice.)
