According to this, it is/was a full featurette on its own. I guess maybe it's a lot like those TV promotional featureettes you see nowadays on DVDs, that they filmed while a movie was still being made.

What kind of package/case did Best Buy have the 5th disc in? In Canada, Future Shop put ours in a blank DVD case separate from the box set.
