I'm also one who hopes that they team up with The Collective on a sequel. The game engine used has great fighting and action (as well as graphics and sound) - if they can expand on that engine to include in-game character interactions ala Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, then they'll have all the angles covered. :D

In any case, here's a recent interview with LucasArts President Jim Ward. Though he mainly talks about Star Wars, Indiana Jones is mentioned as well. :)
