Very cool stuff. Hopefully, everything will work out for Fedora. Even better is the fact that this is coming from a longtime member, and not some annonymous "source". It coincides with the news that the videogame will be a tie-in to a new film.

But is it possible they are actually considering a second trilogy? When you think about the amount of scripts they have had over the years, perhaps it is. Could this be the real reason for the long delay? After all, there were rumours back in 2000 that they were considering TWO more sequels, and not just one. (And Lucas did originally envision five films in the series.)

If true, I would also expect them to be shot at or around the same time- much like Pirates of the Caribbean or LOTR. We all know Ford's career has been in a stall over the past 5-10 years, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him devote an entire year to Indy. (A second trilogy would also mean Ford's older portrayal would stand on its own- instead of always being compared to his younger self in the first three films.)
