I try as much as I can to not touch the content of what people write. I only do it on the very rare cases, and when it is the absolute last resort. Chapter 55 as you wrote it completely (and almost irreparably[sp?]) screwed with the continuity of the story (especially with the fact that the Lambert brothers were already in Valinor, and with the extreme way that Gandalf was portrayed out of character, even going so far as to know what 'Scope' was). As I rewrote it, I tried to keep as much of your original vision as possible... but don't be surprised to see some of it changed.

I don't want to lose you or your brother James as contributors to the Tessa story, since when you guys keep within the continuity of the story, you guys bring a unique sense of humor to your chapters (is that Canadian humor, by the way? Just curious.). But if you don't want your chapters to be changed all the time, please have enough courtesy, respect and regard to me and to the other forum authors and readers to PLEASE READ THE PREVIOUS CHAPTERS BEFORE WRITING A NEW ONE!!!, and PLEASE TRY TO KEEP THE CHARACTERS 'IN-CHARACTER' WHENEVER POSSIBLE! In this case I wasn't referring to your character eating dog food... you can make your character do whatever you want (within reason), but I was referring to Gandalf in this case.

The added scene (in Valinor)wasn't added because of you, but instead to shore up a huge gap that Short Round had left at the beginning of his wrote Chapter 56!

Don't get me wrong... I don't want you to stop writing. Just keep all of this in mind (and no, I do not apologize for correcting the chapters' spelling and grammer errors (including my own), so don't even start with that!)!
