I am new to this forum...although I have seen a few of you over at the "regular forum" before, anyway, I am writing an Indy story..need some opinions,/advice...

I never even knew this place existed...pretty cool. Anyway, i have had an idea for an Indy story kickin' around in my head for the past few years, and I was wondering what everyone thinks of my ideas. The story was actually created about two years ago, but i have only begun to write it now. I have then entire story worked out in my head, and I just have to work on getting it written down. I have quite a bit of it done already, and can post a sampling here, if I get good feedback. I am in the process of developing a MAJOR Indy site that will someday include my stories. I have several other stories in progress, many of which are very original, with all new characters, etc. the story I am working on now, however, is more or less like a sequel to Raiders. It involves Marion, offers an idea as to what happened to her after Raiders etc. It also has Indy's dad, as well as Sallah, plus some other "new" characters. The story involves nazis once again, and before anyone groans "Raider Rehash", know this...it was intended to be very Raiders like...it shares a lot of the same elements that made Raiders a success, but also belnds them with new material to keep it fresh. Anyway, I have a "preview" of sorts, that descibes what the story is all about. Let me know what you think, and I'll post some of the actuall story here. Anyway here it is:

The ravages of war have taken their toll all over the globe.
In Europe, countries fight valiantly to withstand the force of the Nazi blitzkrieg. But even as the Reich extends it’s grip from Britain to Africa, Hitler frets about the future of his Aryan Empire, knowing full well the war could go either way with the new involvement of the United States. Obsessed by the urge to know the destiny of his dream, Hitler enlists a secret team of Gestapo agents and crack Afrika Korps troops to undertake a dangerous mission into the depths of the Mexican Jungle to recover a legendary Mayan artifact that possesses the power to grant people the ability to see into the future.
In the United States, an odd theft, a sudden tragedy, and an encounter with a government agent send daredevil archaeologist Indiana Jones out on a quest for the ancient relic, as well as for vengeance, that takes him from the streets of Casablanca in Morocco, to a confrontation with the Afrika Korps in the dunes of the Sahara, to the dank bowels of a trap-infested Mayan temple in Mexico.
