: Chapter 63 [Epilogue] (written by Goodsport)

: The following morning, the sky was blue and crisp, as was the water below everyone at the dock. Despite all that, a mist still permeated the water a distance away. Gandalf's white Swan-boat was ready to lift anchor and sail off to the other end of Valinor.
: Gandalf turned around to face everyone. There to see him off were Micah, Michaelson, Indy, Aragorn, Indiana Jerico/Faramir, Meg, Goodsport, Ben (friend of Indy), IndyAntilles, Short Lambert, Indiana James Lambert, Brett Round, Indiana Jones, Lauren Jones, Micki Jones, Tom Bambadil, Boromir, and Tessa.
: The wizard smiled. "Thank you all. You have saved two worlds - this one, and your own!"
: "No, thank you," answered Micah, who stepped forward, "are we to stay here in Valinor?"
: Gandalf shook his head. "I'm afraid not. Valinor is for those who are in their last days - to live out their lives in eternal peace. None of you are ready for that yet - except one!"
: The wizard pointed to the back of the group. Indiana Jones stepped forward, leaning on his cane.
: Lauren gasped. "Dad? Where are you going?"
: The archeologist turned around and placed his hand on his daughter's cheek. "Lauren Marie, it's my time to move on!" He then gave her a wink and a lopsided-grin. "It's your turn to carry the family on. Let Eric and Michael know that I left peacefully."
: Gandalf waved his staff, enveloping Henry Jones, Jr. in a bubble of light. When the bubble faded, a younger looking man stood there with Lauren. Despite recognizing him from pictures she had seen all her life, she still almost stumbled, avoiding the ground only because her daughter caught her. Everyone there seemed as surprised as Lauren was.
: "My God!" Tessa gasped, "He looks just like Harrison Ford!"
: Handing a wide-eyed Micki his cane and pocketing the glasses and eyepatch from his face, Indiana Jones gave both Lauren and Micki a kiss on the cheek and started walking up the ramp toward the Swan-boat. The voice that came from ahead of him almost made him stumble.
: "Henry?" announced the young woman on the boat.
: "Kate?" Henry Jones Jr. exclaimed, rushing up the ramp as fast as he could.
: Tears were streaming down Lauren's cheeks. "Mom?"
: Indiana reached the wife he had not seen for over three decades, ever since she passed away. They hugged each other tightly, unable and unwilling to stop their tears.
: Micki looked at her mother. "That's grandma???"
: Indiana Jerico/Faramir turned to his older brother. "Where are the rest of the Stewards?"
: Gandalf answered for Boromir. "As we will sail toward the other side of Valinor, we will drop the Stewards off in their homeland of Gondor. It is on the way."
: Boromir, Faramir and Aragorn began to step onto the ramp. Meg broke through the crowd, as did Indy, Micah and Michaelson.
: "Jerico!" Meg cried, "Don't leave!"
: Faramir gently wiped Meg's tear off her cheek. He then removed his black overcoat and draped it over Meg's shoulders. "Lady Megan, I must. My family needs me, and so does all of Gondor." He then took her hand and placed it on Indy's hand. "Sir Indy, you take excellent care of Lady Megan!"
: Indy smiled. "I will, JeriÖ I mean, Faramir!"
: Michaleson stepped forward. "And you, Aragorn? You leaving too?"
: "Aye, I must Sir Michaelson!" answered Aragorn, "I must return to heal the wounds the Orcs have inflicted on my homeland. And besides," a grin grew on Aragorn's face, "my own betrothed awaits me!"
: "Yes," realized Micah aloud, "Lady Arwen!"
: "Indeed!" nodded Aragorn, adjusting his gray cloak.
: Michaelson shook both Aragorn's and Faramir's hands. "Regards."
: As the three began to step up the ramp, Micah and Michaelson broke into a salute. Soon, the whole group was saluting. Aragorn and Faramir returned the salute, and they, along with Boromir, boarded the Swan-boat.
: Gandalf turned to Short Lambert. "You must join us too, as you are the Successor to the Istari!"
: Shorty glanced at the wizard. "Huh?"
: A chuckle escaped Gandalf's mouth. "In the long line of Istari, or wizards in your parlance, you are to follow me, as I have followed Curunir and Radagast. Will you come to take your rightful place, young Short Lambert?"
: Shorty pondered for a moment. Such a large decisionÖ such a large responsibility! He then glanced at Micki's loving eyes and all his doubt washed away.
: "No thanks, dude!" Short Lambert replied to Gandalf.
: Gandalf bowed sadly. "As you wish."
: Short Lambert waved to the wizard as he embraced a happy Micki Jones. "Okay, see ya's!"
: Indy and Meg also held each other tightly. They, as with the rest of the group, watched as Gandalf boarded the Swan-boat. The Swan-boat sailed off toward the mist.
: Micah stepped to the edge of the dock. "Gandalf!" he shouted, "How do we get back home?"
: As the Swan-boat was disappearing into the mist, Gandalf waved his staff from the ship's stern. A flash of white light blinded the entire group on the dock. In the end, Tom Bambadil was standing on the dock alone with his lilies.

: NINE MONTHS LATER - Cathedral of St. John the Divine, New York City

: The sound of bells permeated the air as the early morning clouds cleared out in time for the sun to have the sky all to itself by the late afternoon, although the chilly breeze would not let up. It was pretty much as it should be for a day such as that day - a wedding day.
: The crowds of people were standing outside waiting for the bride and the groom to step outside for their limousine ride to the reception hall. They finally exited the Cathedral doors out into the sunlight, only to be showered with rice and well wishes.
: Meg was absolutely radiant in her designer lily-white wedding gown, her long train following her as she was led by her new husband Indy, decked out in a basic but elegant black-and-white tuxedo.
: Micah stepped up to the newlyweds on the Cathedral steps, gave Meg a kiss on the cheek and shook Indy's hand. Michaelson did the same, followed by Indiana James Lambert, Brett Round, Goodsport, Quint Glimsby, IndyAntilles and Ben (friend of Indy). Lauren Jones embraced them both.
: Michaela Jones and Short Lambert embraced the two newlyweds as well. Micki showed off the engagement ring Shorty had bought her - they were to be married the following month.
: Tessa, her husband and their son greeted Meg and Indy with hugs and congratulations. It was even a happy time for them, since Tessa and her husband had worked out their differences and were now living happily together.
: Meg and Indy walked through the shower of rice to the limousine. The smiling driver opened the back door, allowed the bride and the groom to enter the vehicle, and closed the door. By this time everyone was heading for his or her car to follow the procession to the reception hall.
: Micah and Michaelson stepped into one of the two 'company' cars used to get to the wedding and followed the limousine. Quint Glimsby, IndyAntilles and Ben (friend of Indy) stepped into the other 'company' car and followed Micah. Tessa and her family fit into their family car and followed suit.
: Indiana James Lambert and Brett Round climbed into their rental car and screeched after Tessa's car, nearly scaring several people on the nearby sidewalk to death.
: Micki Jones and Short Lambert stepped into Micki's car. As Micki started the car, Shorty stuck his head out the window.
: "Yo dude!" he called out to Goodsport, "Wanna lift to the reception?" Micki shot a discreet, angry look at her fiancee.
: Goodsport shook his head. "Thanks man, but I've gotta get going. My plane back to California leaves tonight."
: Micki breathed a sigh of relief as Shorty buckled his seat belt, answering, "Okay. Well, see ya's!"
: "Yeah, see ya later," Goodsport waved.
: Watching Micki's car pull out and follow the wedding procession, Goodsport pulled up the collar of his coat to block out the chilly New York breeze. He turned around, quiet and alone, and walked off into the sunset.

: Chapter 64 [Awakenings] (written by Meg)

: ...........Tessa suddenly opened her eyes, as the plane engines roared to life. She looked around herself, taking in her surroundings. She was on a plane, the seat next to her empty. She rubbed the sleep from her eyes, then thought about what had just happened. There was some secret organizations, a weird fantasy place, and Indy too! Did all of this really happen to her, or was it all just a dream? It was so real it had to have happened. How could she have just dreamed it all up? As Tessa pondered over the reality of it all, a lone figure walked up the aisle.
: "Es zis taken, Madame?" the stranger said in a husky Polish accent.
: Tessa looked up at the man and smiled, then laughed to herself, inviting the man to sit next to her. As the plane took off, Tessa kept the intriguing man busy with her story of the Phoenix group, and all the excitment and adventures that followed them throughout their journey to the mystical Valinor.
