Mainly I try to correct spelling and puncuation errors (and a little bit of the grammer, whenf necessary)... basically, I run it through my word processor and use the Spelling and Grammar tool. Whatever the tool misses, I try to correct myself. :)

On rare occasions I had to change a word or two in a past chapter to keep the story's continuity going (especially for the last few chapters), but I try not to touch the basic content of the story. :D

I've had to change a chapter's title twice (not the same chapter), but only because the title's name was already used for a previous chapter.

Sorry to keep babbling like this... I know it was more than you wanted to hear. :)
