... the first full year of Christ's life is considered Year One (there is no such thing as a Year Zero... how can a full 365 days constitute a Year Zero?).

Therefore, the first 100 years of since the point of Christ's birth were in the years 1-100. The next century was 101-200, and so on.

Thus, the 19th century was 1801-1900, and the 20th century is 1901-2000. Thus, the 21st century (and the next millenium) begins in 2001!

Sorry about the rambling. Just wanted to point that out! :)
