: --->part<---
: The dark Studebaker stood parked in the distance. The two Germans sat silently inside - the driver read a newspaper while the passenger spied on their prey.

: : "Fritz," the passenger tapped the driver on the arm, pointing to the lady heading toward the Bentley, "tritt sie aus dem Gebo/ooude heraus."
: : The driver set down his newspaper. "Ich sehe sie. Lassen Sie uns warten, bis sie verlassen," he replied, motioning to his partner to wait.

: ----> "Sie trettet aus dem Gebo/ooude heraus" &
: --->"Lassen Sie uns warten, bis sie wegfahren." <-- would be a better version I guess.

Thank you, Deirdre. And please forgive the mistake-riddled German I wrote in that chapter. Unlike the spoken Russian written in Chapters 53 and 54 of the Tessa story (unlike German, I actually know Russian :) ), I had to get the German and Italian translations from an online translation site (http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/) - although I already knew that abrigado means thank you in Portuguese (I had to use it many times when I visited my relatives in Brazil a few years ago... unfortunately, that's almost all the Portugese that I know). :)

Sorry about that! :( I'll include the corrected German when I next post the updated Chapter Logs.
