: Holy smokes you sound like Robin from the original Batman series! Anyway, yeah, Photoshop is the best and it's also not the easiest program to learn. If you get it you have to experiment and play ALOT and sometimes you'll be surprised and make something cool. As for the cost, it's expensive but I got mine bundled in when my dad gave me a scanner for my B-day.
