1. The 'who is what to whom' thing is easy to understand for anyone who has been reading the Updated Chapter Logs (Chapters 1-7).

2. If the chart is made, it would be outdated once new characters are introduced in future chapters.

    In retrospect, the chart idea is not necessary right now, but it sounds like a fun idea to have eventually.
