"Greetings, all. It is I - the kid in the picture - here to awe and amuse you! Today, I will tell you the story of my LATEST adventure...getting those cookies off the top shelf! Darn it, why do moms always do that? Incidentally, this is also the first instance where I got to use a whip...well, at least a rope crudely fashioned to resemble a whip. At any rate, I wrapped one end of the whip/rope to the refrigerator door handle, and tied the other end to the door handle. So when dad came in from his medieval studies at the library and slammed the door (he was usually pretty angry when he got home), he caused the whole fridge to come down and form a stepway for me to get to that top shelf...and COOKIES!"
