: Have you ever read any of the following? These, in addition to those on your list that I have read are my favorites.

: Tom Clancy:
: Without Remorse
: Sum of All Fears
: Debt of Honor
: Executive Orders
: Rainbow Six
: (others of his also, but these are the best)
okay the only one at the time is The Hunt For Red October, a freind of mine recogmended that to me saw me reading some kind of WWIII book (wasnt that good) and recog mended Tom Clancy and I finished Red October very quickly, it wasnt that long ago and a very good book.

: George Orwell:
: 1984
: Animal Farm
sorry but again I ave never read this book.

: Agatha Christy:
: Ten Little Indians (or: And Then There Were None, same book, published under different titles)
Is this like a cowboy novel kind of thing... if so I never really got into cowboys and the wild wild west (not to be confused with the new movie with Will Smith)

: Michael Chriton:
: Congo (MUCH better than the movie)
: Eaters of the Dead (didn't like it that much but AWESOME writting and way to present fiction)
yes I have read those titles... in fact I think I may have read almost everyone of his except the nonfiction "travels". Actually I dont know if you know this but EOTD was actually based on one of Ibn Fablins travels. (if you remember in my story there was a IBN fadlung it will be changed I just needed a name on the spure of the moment, so it wont be copying). I guess Michael Chrichton is one of my favortie novelists like in JP it just amazed me, What a writer

: William Golding
: Lord of the Flies
not yet do you like it :)maybe I should check it out

: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
: The Hound of Baskervilles
unfortunately my local bookstore does not carry this and for the craziest reason will not order it for me... I may have to check out amazon
:
: Any body else ever read any of these, if so, whaddaya' think of them?

: Oh and warning to all who might be deceived: When choosing a book by Tom Clancy, all his books are good, but any that are titled "Tom Clancy's" with the apostrophe 'S' are not written by him, but rather a ghostwriter. Some of these are somewhat good reading, but why waste time on somewhat good when you could be reading the excellent books written by the master himself?
