: : : He walked past the bright, sunlit window and got to the bed. He pulled the laptop out from under the bed and opened the laptop.
: : : After he logged on to the internet, he went to the Indyfan forum and scrolled down to where he was last. He was intriuged by a series of messages by an "Annie Jones."
: : : At first he thought it was some joker. But then he looked in the messages. The first one had the subject: "I've got something interesting for you guys."
: : : The message said: "Hi, it's Annie. I've been looking on the internet, and I've found some weird things. Jones is my last name, and so is Indy's. When I talk about relatives and Indiana Jones and stuff, they seem to get kind of jittery seeming. It's subtle, but weird. I have to get off now, but post a followup if you're interested."
: : : He read other messages by "Annie" and it got weirder. She started to have suspicions about being related to Indy, but people just laughed it off. Towards the top, he found a message from Indiana Jayne and Deidre to all the people who believed Annie, saying she was related to Indy! They said that Annie had e-mailed them and told them her mom, Lauren Jones, was in trouble in Belize and had gone to help her.
: : : It was too weird. He realized that Annie had said her mom was named Lauren Jones, and he remembered Tessa's stories. He was skeptical, but he figured he would keep an eye out.
: : : "Ben!"
: : : "Yeah, mom?"
: : : "We need you to stay here at the hotel. Me and you're dad are going out, so keep your door locked. We've got our cell phones. You know the rules?"
: : : "Sure mom. See ya later!"
: : : "All right. And you need to get off the internet."
: : : "Okay."
: : : He turned off the laptop, still pondering the mysterious messages.

: : : That's all I had. If it needs to be changed, that's fine with me. It was just an idea.

: I can do the next chapter(s) if you'd like. I was thinking I could get you involved, Tessa. I could eventually get in contact with Annie and tell her there's another person, Tessa, who wrote stories about Lauren Jones...
