Ugh! The jetlag!

I remember the two 15-hour flights my family and I took when we flew to Brazil two years ago (one there, the other back home). Strangely, after the first 15-hour flight there, my back and shoulders didn't hurt afterwards (probably the adrenaline of seeing my relatives for the first time in 22 years or, in the case of my younger cousins, for the first time ever).

After the flight home, though, my upper back and shoulders hurt for a week. :(
