Questions about Wested Co

Hello Indyfans, after 6 months of watching numerous messages on the
forum about the jacket I decided to go for it, there are just a few questions I have before ordering:
1) Can I take the Last Crusade version with satin-acetate lining?
2) To measure the sleeve's length I have just to measure from the base of the neck to middle of the hand or from the base of the neck to shoulder and then from the shoulder to the middle of the hand. What I mean do I take one or two measures?
3) How long does it take for Wested Company to answer e-mails? I sent them one last Monday but I haven't got any response.
