OLD or NEW Indy books?!?

I did a search over at amazon for "indiana jones" and turned up some puzzling results. Excluding the new series of novels and a couple of Find-a-Fates, I found the following titles listed:

1. The 4th Nail (Adventures of Indiana Jones, Ij6) by Tracy Hickman, 1985.

2. Files of Indiana Jones : The Golden Goddess, Ed Carmene, 1985.

3. The Crystal Death (Files of Indiana Jones)

4. Nepal Nightmare (Adventures of Indiana Jones, Ij5), Marlene Weigel

Are these literary adaptations of stories from the Marvel Comics line, or something else. Some of the titles look familiar. Just curious. Anybody got any ideas?
