What is wrong with you man? Lucas is NO looser, he is a mastermind at writing stories and making movies. There is more to TV or video entertainment than action, intelecuality is something people are getting more and more into. Sure it is neat to watch some awesome effects and some action, but I love a movie that makes me think also and you can't make people think with pure action and specialFX.
