It's impossible for me to pick one. As soon as I decide on Raiders, I remember the bridge scene in Temple of Doom ('you betrayed Shiva!'). When I consider Temple, my mind turns right to Last Crusade's motorcycle chase. That makes me think of the desert chase in Raiders, and it's great music; turning me around to the awesome music they played during the slave children's escape from Temple... It's aboslutely impossible! They're all my favorite.
