: It's not Indy-related, but Aragorn was the origional name of the exiled King Elessar of Gondor in J. R. R. Tolkien's epic THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy. My all time favorite book, with a story even bigger than STAR WARS.

As with Aragorn, my name is derived from the tales of JRR Tolkien. "Mithrandir" is, I believe (am I right on this, Aragorn?) the Elvish name for Gandalf, the principal wizard of the story. Well, the wizard on the good guys' side, anyway. BTW, I was also formerly known as Tommy K but that's way back in the 'teens ofthe Archives.
