Imagine Jaws in the Indy outfit running about with his dorsal fin. When Indy(Jaws) says, "Snakes, why'd it have to be snakes?", he'd then proceed to eat them all up. Also, when Katanga's crew spot Indy swimming to the U-boat, we would just see his fin sticking out of the water.
