Hole in Wested Jacket

Hello-
I got the Last Crusade non-distressed jacket with satin lining about 3 or 4 months ago and a huge hole has formed somehow in the lining near the waist. Has anybody had a problem like this? Can it be fixed? I have no idea how it got there. It doesn't rub against anything.
