According to the last update, Spielberg wants Indy IV to be released no later than the summer of 2001. That would mean that Harrison (who's 56 now) would be roughly 58 when the movie is actually filmed. I personally don't think he's too old, but to put this all into perspective for the forum regulars who have pondered this question in the past.....

Sean Connery was 59 when he played Indiana Jones' father in Last Crusade.
