I have a shirt that is the same colour as Indy's, has the epaulettes, two front pockets and two pleats running from the epaulettes to the bottom of the shirt. Only thing is the material is quite thick and the collars are slightly flared as this is the fashion here in England. Oh, and the pleats are the reverse of the ones Indy has - they resemble cuts rather than folds. It is the closest I've seen to the Indy shirt and is by Peter Werth.
