: Has anyone here seen the Weird Al Yancovich movie, UHF? I was fortunate enough to find a copy a little while back (the film isn't being sold on cassette anymore), and I just thought I'd mention the scene through which the opening titles are played. It starts off like "Raiders"... a man in a fedora and a leather jacket, along with his two guides, walking carefully through the jungle... when one of the guides pulls a gun on the fedora-ed one. He turns around, takes out his whip... and pulls the guides arm completely off! It's Weird Al, we discover, when he turns at last around. The scene goes on throughout the entire opening, until after the titles and credits are finished. It's VERY cool! Check it out if you get a chance.

I remember the previews for this movie. I think they were around the same time Last Crusade was running trailers, or maybe just after. But they began with that scene, too, to make you think it was a real Indy preview (as Austin Powers 2 does with Star Wars), until Weird Al turns around. They voice-over was a parody of the TOD tagline "If adventure has a name..." I think it might have been "Adventure has a new name" or something along those lines. Anyway, a funny preview.
