It appears we all need to contact our Congressperson or be subjected to a
surcharge each and every time we connect to the internet. The House is
going to be voting on this in less than *1* week. You can follow the House
of Reps' link below to locate your Congressperson's home page to send
them an email about this important piece of legislation.

Forward the information below for those who may want to respond. CNN
stated
that Congress would, in one week, decide to allow or not allow a charge to
your phone bill equal to a Long Distance call EACH time you access the
Internet.

If you choose, visit the address above and fill out the necessary form!
If EACH one of us, forward this message on to others in a hurry, we may be
able to prevent this injustice from happening!
