How'd he get the jacket?

In TOD Indy goes into the pits of the palace wearing his trusty
leather jacket, but has it taken away after he is captured. Later
they escape to the bridge scene and Indy has no jacket. But, dears
friends, in the very next scene he is once again wearing it in the
village. How many of these things does our hero carry around? Has
anyone else noticed the little things like this? Let me know.
