Where is my Wested Jacket?

I ordered my crucade jacket back on Feb. 3. Everything I've read said it would take about a month. How long does it take in reality? I've emailed Wested twice last week, on Tuesday and Thursday, and haven't recieved any response. By what means is it shipped? When can I expect to get it? I've seen Peter post on this board before so I hope he reads this and responds. But, anyone that can offer any advice is more than welcome to respond.
