: Originally, Harrison Ford was going to have a small part in the movie as a school teacher, but his scenes were cut out because he called little E.T. an ugly little f@#k, then Spielberg went nuts and cut out his scenes (evidently Spielberg forgave him later so they could continue the Indiana Jones series). Despite this, it is rumored that you can see his back in some sequences, and I think I've spotted this. Watch E.T. LFM, so you can check out his back. (I'm quite surprised you never saw E.T., everyone has seen E.T. when they were little)
