My favorite scene would be the whole opening sequence, that is probably one of the best opening sequences for an action/adventure movie ever. I love the elegance of the "Anything Goes" musical number to the brawl at the nightclub, and the car chase, airplane crashing, etc. That really gets the audience into the thick of the action. My hats off to Spielberg, Lucas, and Ford for pulling that off.
