: : It is Satipo, it's in the the credits. Right, Satipo?

: Well, the Raiders novel and the end credits both say 'Satipo', so I'm content to go along with that. When Indy bids him 'Adios', the name he says sounds mumbled to me so I can't be sure if he is saying 'Sapito', like others seem to think, or 'Satipo'. In fact, until I actually bothered to find out the character's name, I used to think that Indy was saying 'Adios, Saint Peter', as though he was blessing the corpse in some way. When you think about it, it is a bit odd that the script would have Indy enlighten us about the character's name at this point, when we are never told his name before he is killed.

: Adios,

: SaTIPo

Except maybe "Shorty! Chow Chee! Lah-tzu tzan sa!"
