: Ok, whoever has WINdows 95 or higher, what program do you use in order to get the cursor to work (in order to appear)?

You do not need a programm. Copy the *.cur (static cursors) and *.ani (animated cursors) files in the "Cursors" subdirectory of your Windows directory (on most of the computers it will be C:\WINDOWS\CURSORS). Then go to the System Control Panel and select the Settings for your mouse. There you'll find the settings for your cursor. There you can assign the cursors from your "Cursors" directory to the different Windows states (e.g. normal, busy, help ....). Choose wisely :) save and enjoy :)
