Well there is the out of print Raiders of Lost Ark Illustrated Screenplay.
Which is the script as we see it on film with the orginal storyboards depicting
each scene. Very nice book and I think Temple of Doom has a similar book.
You should be able to find one on eBay for about $15-30.
