I've ordered a pair, but haven't received them yet. I will post a
description when I do.

As for as sewing goes, the cuff of the pants are unfinished, so you
will need to take them to a tailor (many dry cleaning shops provide
the service) and have the pants hemmed to the length you want. Of
course, if you can sew (or if a friend or relative can sew) you can
eliminate the expense of the tailor.
