The bottom portion has the Indy carrying a torch (the Rats/Venice catacombs scene) and the tank scene with Indy being strangled by the Nazi commander. Lastly it has a prominate Pepsi logo in the white area at the very bottom.

: Is this a store or movie lobby promotional poster? Any info would be appreciated.

That poster was a Pepsi premium and never appeared in the theaters. I believe it was a contest or mail-away prize.
