Jonathan - see the various Indy gear websites for the correct descriptions, and one good bet is to take a look at all of the photos, both promotional and otherwise, from the films and make an informed decision - the only way I could determine that I had purchased the correct bag was to look at stills (there's a great one from the Cairo scenes in the book "The Films of Harrison Ford") that clearly show all of the details to confirm what it is you've bought or are buying.

As near as I can tell, it seems that there are 2 drainage holes in the bags in Raiders and Last Crusade...Good luck.
