The only one I know of is the Rugrats movie. Chucky wears the Fedora and has the whip with him and the opening sequence is similar to that of the opening to Raiders. I don't think I've seen any on regular tv. Also in the Rugrats movie is a part where Angelica says something like, "I want you to search ever big house, little house, dog house, and outhouse in the area." That's a reference to The Fugitive. OOOOH and also in that movie is a little railroad car sequence like in ToD.
