Last Crusade

After watching Last Crusade for the unteenth time, the same question keeps coming to mind....during the scene where Indy and Ilsa are trying to gain entry to the German castle the "butler" responds "..if you're a Scotish lord then I'm Mickey Mouse." But, his mouth does not form Mickey Mouse. Anybody know what he REALLY said before editing?
