Hi John, I definitely echo Greg's statements about the David Morgan "Indy" whip. I use a fairly wide variety of bullwhips from several different sources. Aside from the DM whips though, one of my personal favorites is an 8ft Australian bullwhip that I use. A whip maker named Terry Jacka, who supplies several of the larger whip importers here in the U.S, makes them. It's well made and works great as an all-purpose whip. It's also a lighter whip with a faster action than the ones David Morgan makes, which seems to accommodate my style very well.

Also In support of Red Four's statemet. Yes, Mark Allen imports very well made professional quality whips. They are definitely worth looking into if your shopping around for a new whip.
