I actually found a shirt in the January sales that is 95% like Indy's shirt. The color is spot on (light stone), the pockets are the same, it has eapulets and is light weight. The only thing it doesn't have are the two strips going down at both sides of the chest.
They had plenty at the time and I'd say they could still possibly have a few. The name of the company is "River Island".
