: Yes, the brand mentioned was Properts & Meltonian neutral shoe creme. I'm not sure whether that is a singular name, or two different products, but I guess any good quality neutral color boot creme will fill the bill, as it isn't adding color to the boot surface. Regards. Michaelson

Hmm... I'm trying to think of a way to speed up the fading, like leaving them out on the windowsill from time to time and let the sun bleach them. However, that'll probably dry the leather and cause cracking unless you polish them properly, like with this neutral colour. Am I right about this or is this too risky?
