Dan, I hate to state the usual response, but it seems appropriate here...check eBay auctions. I see it occationally pop up for bid, and you're right, it usually goes for a heck of a lot lower that that $20 price tag, and there usually isn't very many bidders interested in this item, so you could probably pick it up pretty cheap and without being overbid at the last minute.
