Wested jacket

It has now been Ten weeks since I ordered my jacket. And to throw another shrimp on the barbie, I have been charged twice for one jacket. I was charged when I first ordered my jacket and again last Thursday. Needless to say, I wrote Peter promptly and was given a refund on Monday. However, because of the exchange rate, I guess, I lost money on the refund. Meaning the refund was less than the amount I was charged. I'm at the point now, I just want this ordeal over. I have NEVER had to wait this amount of time for anything I've ordered, and I have ordered a lot of stuff. This jacket had better be the best thing since sliced bread.
