I don't think those are DVD's. I believe they are video cd's kind of like the Phillips cd-i or mpeg movies here in the states. The reason they put the DVD sign there because most DVD players will play video cd's. Quality isn't too hot though. I have a couple of Star Trek movies on cd and my DVD player does play them quite nicely, but quality is nowhere near that of DVD.
I'd be willing to bet that each of those movies have two discs in each package. But I honestly don't believe they are illegal copies.
