: I agree about the stag, I've only seen it with the deep patterns on custom knives lately. There is a company called Bear MGC that has some knives with the deep stag, but most of the colors are way off. I'll check my catalog from them again though. What do you think on the shape of the blade? Any ideas?

Please pardon my ingnorance, but what exactly are "stag scales" on
