: : To all,
: : Sorry if this isn't really Indy related, but since it has to do with River Phonenix, and he did play young Indy, I thought I would ask.
: : After wacthing "Interview with a Vampire", I was wacthing all the credits, and at the end it says......In memory of River Phoenix. I was wondering why it said this. I don't know when Interview with a Vampire was made, or filmed, but was he maybe suppose to play a part or something. Since he died in 1993, maybe they had to replace his part after his death. Or maybe Ann Rice(author of the book) was close to him. I am really confused on this. Anyone who could help would be helpful. Sorry to bring in this non Indy topic.

: River Phoenix, was supposed to play the part of the interviewer.

Correct. He actually acted in a number of scenes as the Interviewer, but died during filming. --nitzsche
