You really don't see him with a watch anywhere, which is funny considering all the time zones he's plowing through as he travels from region to region. In the novelization of Raiders of the Lost Ark, the story tells us that Sallah loans Indy a watch after arriving in Cairo. I guess he needed one at that point since he had to figure out what time he needed to be in the Map Room to determine the exact location of the Well of the Souls. -MP
