I got my bag from Sentimental Journey as well... just a little over
a year ago. It, too, was somewhat dirty and in used condition. I
washed it by hand (a few friends I asked suggested that method just
to be on the safe side) and air dried it. It looks clean, but has
that "been on a few adventures" look. I use it just about everyday
and everywhere I go and it doesn't look any worse for the use (but
remember, it's just been over a year). I wouldn't worry about using
it on a daily basis... enjoy it!
